EULA - End User License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before
using this software.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES YOU MAY REVERSE-ENGINEER,
MODIFY OR ALTER IN ANY WAY FILES OR PROGRAM ITSELF
IN THIS DISTRIBUTION PACKAGE.
SHAREWARE VERSION

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, this software may
be used for evaluation purposes at the user's own risk for a period of
30 days from the date of installation. Following this test period of 30
days or less, if you wish to continue to use AMarker, you must pay a
license fee and register. Unregistered use of AMarker after this test
period is in violation of international copyright laws.

The trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution
package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
distribution of AMarker without written permission from the copyright
holder.

On payment of the appropriate license fee, the user is granted a
non-exclusive license to use AMarker on one computer, for any legal
purpose, at a time. You can not distribute in any form your personal
Registration Key that you receive after the registration of application.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

AMARKER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AMARKER AT YOUR
OWN RISK. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED
EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF
PURCHASE PRICE.

license you must remove AMarker files from your storage devices and
cease to use the product.
